Cancellation & Refund Policy

At PakistanIVisa.org, we strive to provide a smooth, secure, and transparent visa processing experience. Since we operate on a “Payment After Approval” model for most visa types, there is generally no need for cancellation or refund, as our clients only pay once their visa is approved.

 

However, for specific services such as the 2-Year Family Visit Visa, where payment is required in advance, we maintain a fair and honest refund policy:

  • If your visa is rejected due to an error or mistake on our part, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Refunds are processed promptly and are usually completed within 7 working days.
  • All refund requests must be submitted to our support team via WhatsApp, email, or phone within 7 days of visa rejection notice.
  • Refunds are issued through the same payment method used during the transaction, and will appear as PakistanIVisa.org on your statement.

Please note, no refund is provided in cases where the rejection is due to incorrect or false information provided by the applicant, or due to changes in immigration policies beyond our control.
